What sources does FCPA Tracker use?

All entries on FCPA Tracker are based on disclosures in SEC filings, other company statements, and agency releases, where available. FCPA-related disclosures do not follow a standard format. FCPA Tracker utilizes only primary documents and does not rely on media or press reports.  Learn more here.

 
 

What is the cancellation policy?

All subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the next annual billing period. For example, if a user cancels after six months, they will still have access for the next six months, at the end of which their subscription will not be renewed. No refund will be issued for cancellations.

 
 

Do you provide user activity reports?

No, it is our company policy not to provide user activity data for FCPA Tracker.

 
 

Can I share my login information?

Login information for FCPA Tracker can only be shared by authorized users. Please see our Terms of Use.

 
 

Do users have access to historical archives?

FCPA Tracker contains information on investigations closed after January 1, 2017. No information on FCPA Tracker is removed or delete when investigations are closed or resolved.

 
 

Can users sort or filter investigations?

Screener instantly filters and sorts investigations by company, latest disclosure date, original disclosure date, industry, country, and investigation status. Users can also use multiple fields for specific searches. For example, users can combine country, disclosure date, and industry in the same search.

 
 

When existing users leave our company, can we transfer their licenses?
